Starting your day with email and social media will set you up for a day of anxiousness and reactivity with no real direction or intention
Not sound like the kind of day you want to have?
Well… If you would you rather be in control of your thoughts and feelings and go through your day with purpose and focused intention, I recommend starting with something like the daily stoic and 5 min journal capped by something that allows you to settle your mind, like meditation
If this whole process blows out to 14min… That is still only 1% of the day
Is living the life you want worth 1% of your day
