Second in the Soldier series for the Tuesday tips is Strength. I’m not talking about benching 100kg, sure being physically strong is great but I am talking about Mentally strong. Because there will be times when the physical strength just wont cut it. There are going to be times when things are just not going to go right, and being physically strong is not going to be the thing that gets you through.
Train your body or course, but it is equally important to train your mind.
