I really like this idea, and I think if you change the way you look at stress you can grow into something great
Have you ever heard the expression “if you are the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room”
You need to be at the very limit of your capacity (stressed) in order to grow, if you’re the smartest person in the room then you will not grow if you stay in that room
Basically what I am saying is you should not be seeking a stress free life, you should be seeking as much stress as you can mentally and physically manage to keep you moving forward… and chances are it is a lot more than you think
Maybe you are looking at the stress in your life from the wrong angle, maybe instead of thinking of ways to escape it you could think of how the stress is pushing you to grow into something great.
