
CrossFit Teens
The CrossFit By Design Teens program is a fun way to develop a lifelong love of fitness. Sim is the head coach of this program and has created an engaging and welcoming atmosphere that encourages the growth of every student at any level of fitness.
This is NOT just weightlifting for kids. While we do include all physical skills to build a broad general and inclusive level of fitness, the primary focuses are good movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building.
In each workout, students will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to a healthy lifestyle as well as things that teens need to do when they play. They will pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. Classes will prepare students to get the most out of their bodies.
Numbers for this program are limited to keep groups small, this keeps coach to student ratio low and ensures training is done correctly and efficiently.
While CFBD Teens is an excellent stand-alone program, it is also an ideal supplement for children who already play sports with decreased injury risk being one of the many benefits that can be applied to their chosen sport.
