Tuesday Tip: Soldier series I thought I would spend the next 13 weeks of Tuesday Tips covering off on the qualities of a soldier. Now so we are on the same page, I am not a big fan of when people speak about their work in the language of warfare. However I do believe that their is something that we can learn from good soldiers. The qualities listed in this series are definitely not possessed by every soldier I have met, but the best embody every single one. First up in the series: Assertive To be a good leader in whatever you are doing, work, relationships, sport, you need to be confident in claiming your rights or putting forward your views. No one can read your mind, so speak up.
